Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for filings. Amvisors is not liable for penalties resulting from incorrect or missing information provided by the client.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client affairs. We will not disclose any information about your business or personal finances to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are discussed and agreed upon before engagement. Payments are due according to the terms specified in our invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amvisors' liability for any claim arising out of our professional services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific service.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
